My Thoughts

The world is a dangerous place, and pain is part of life. I used drugs and alcohol to escape the world and avoid the pain. When they stopped working, I had to find another way to cope. I had to find a power greater than myself that could help me deal with life on life's terms.

Action for the Week

Today, I ask my Higher Power for the courage to deal with whatever comes my way.
