Building Integrity in Recovery (Special Discussion Recording Released)
Integrity in recovery is about aligning your actions with your values, even when no one's watching.
In this chat, I speak with my friend Anne, diving into what it means to build up your integrity when you're working through recovery. We took a pretty long talk we had on Clubhouse over a year ago and trimmed it down to the best 45 minutes for our premium subscribers, getting right to the heart of the matter. Anne and I have been on this sobriety journey for more than 60 years combined, so we've got some stories to share. We're talking all about getting your integrity back, how it feels to start recovery, feeling like you're missing that piece of yourself, and how the work on yourself doesn't stop, even after many years sober. We share some of our own ups and downs, and the tricky part is when the changes inside you aren't exactly showing up on the outside for others to see.
