Much like you, I've been sober in the traditional sense for a long time and it's taken me years to learn that it's not the same for everyone. Great Pod. Look forward to chatting soon.
It is really a transition of thinking for me. I think having gome through this with people trying to get sober I guess its better it happens in steps than them dying. I still do think though that it can be slippery slope if "Alchoholics" think they can drink or use drugs.
How about “another” definition of sober. There’s already so many out there. Might as well pile on. 🤷🏻♂️
