Pain is something that you can't avoid in life. Everybody's going to experience pain. Everybody's going to experience hurt. Suffering is when we as individuals choose to hold on to that pain and not let go of it beyond its expiration date. We are the people who create our own suffering.

And the best way to move past that suffering is to recognize that I have been hurt. I cannot fight past this. I need to work through it. But I let it go, now I understand I'm awake, I'm aware, I'm alive I'm living my best, recovered life
