12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECOVERED LIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recovered Life and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and law.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
